Tell me a little about yourself.

“Good morning! My name is Mathew John, and I’m 23 years old from New Delhi. I recently completed my MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, where I specialized in applying AI to logistics management, office automation, and export-import laws and regulations. During my academic journey, I interned at CBS International Business Services and actively participated in several paper presentation events. I also had the opportunity to lead event teams at college, which honed my leadership and organizational skills.

In addition to my professional interests, I enjoy watching classical movies and listening to music in my free time. I am passionate about nature conservation and wildlife protection and have volunteered with local women’s welfare services. I’m fluent in English and Hindi, which has helped me connect with diverse groups of people effectively.

On a personal note, my father is an electrical engineer at Mount Solar Powers, my mother is an entrepreneur, and I have a brother pursuing law and a sister in high school. I believe my strong academic background, coupled with my practical experience and passion for impactful causes, equips me to contribute meaningfully to any role I take on.

2. What are your Strengths and weaknesses?

“One of my key strengths is my ability to organize and manage events, whether they are small-scale or large. I am proficient in French and Spanish, which helps me communicate effectively in diverse environments. I pride myself on staying calm under pressure and getting along well with people from various cultural backgrounds. I strongly believe in gender equality and actively volunteer for social causes, reflecting my commitment to making a positive impact. Additionally, I maintain a disciplined fitness routine by exercising daily, which keeps me physically and mentally fit.

As for my weaknesses, I do occasionally procrastinate, which I am working to overcome by prioritizing tasks and setting deadlines. I tend to go to bed late and wake up late, but I am consciously trying to adjust my routine to improve productivity. I also have a tendency to overspend and indulge in junk food, but I’m actively taking steps to manage my finances better and make healthier dietary choices. These areas are definitely works in progress, and I view them as opportunities for personal growth.”
