“Good morning/afternoon. How can I help you today?” “காலை வணக்கம்/மதிய வணக்கம். இன்று நான் உங்களுக்கு எப்படி உதவலாம்?”
“Please have a seat.” “தயவு செய்து உட்காருங்கள்.”
“What brings you in today?” உங்கள் வருகையின் நோக்கத்தை எனக்கு சொல்லுங்கள்
“How are you feeling today?” “நீங்கள் இன்று எப்படி உணர்கிறீர்கள்?”
🔹 Taking Patient History – நோயாளியின் மருத்துவ வரலாற்றை பெறுதல்
“Can you tell me your symptoms?” “உங்கள் அறிகுறிகளை சொல்ல முடியுமா?”
“When did this start?” “இது எப்போது தொடங்கியது?”
“Is the pain continues or goes and comes?” “வலி தொடர்ந்து இருக்கிறதா அல்லது போய் போய் வருகிறதா?”
“Are you taking any medicines now?” “நீங்கள் இப்போது ஏதேனும் மருந்துகள் எடுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறீர்களா?”
“Do you have any aches and pains?” “உங்களுக்கு ஏதாவது வலி அல்லது உடல்வலி இருக்கிறதா?”
“Do you have a family history of this condition?” இந்த நிலைக்கு உங்கள் குடும்பத்தில் முன் வரலாறு உள்ளதா?”
“Have you had this problem before?” இந்த பிரச்சனை உங்களுக்கு முன்பு ஏற்பட்டதா?”
